Chien Chi Tow was established in 1969 as a martial arts institute and gradually evolved into one of Singapore’s leading providers of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services. In 2017, the group expanded with the launch of Madam Partum, a brand dedicated to extending the healing arts of Chien Chi Tow to postpartum care. Who is iTEC and why is there an iTEC certificate?
iTEC (International Therapy Examination Council) is a UK-based awarding body that accredits training programs mainly in the beauty, wellness, and complementary therapy fields. An iTEC-accredited course means the program has been recognized for meeting high standards of quality and professionalism.
Our 3-day Certificate of TCM Lactation Massage Therapy course has undergone a thorough audit by iTEC and is now officially accredited, making it the first of its kind available in Singapore. Holding an iTEC-accredited certificate demonstrates that the individual has gained the essential skills and knowledge recognized by the industry, enhancing professional credibility and career opportunities.

The course will be held at the Chien Chi Tow office, located within the Grantral Complex, level 4, 3 minutes walking distance from the Tai Seng MRT.
